A great tip for those of you taking the weight journey...

Every time you have a moment of clarity on what is helping you be successful, write that thought in your book. Keep updating your book whenever successful thoughts come into your head. If you don't have your book handy, just write it down on a scrap piece of paper and transfer it into your book later. This book is all about your OWN tips on how you can stay successful; a year from now, 3 years from now, 10 years from now...etc.

The idea is, for instance, if you said, "Having that afternoon snack to curb my appetite until dinner is a lifesaver for me to ensure that I do not overeat at supper!" That right there is a golden nugget of information for you to keep so that when you go off track a bit, which you will, that golden nugget will be in your book, at your fingertips. Almost like an operator's manual for you, about you, about getting right back on track! Sooner than the usual 20 pounds later!

Wishing you less struggle and less pain associated with your relationship with food. My workbook "Oxygen Mask" will guide you and help you through your journey and be there for you when you need it.
